The Story of Ember and Pine
Ember and Pine started the way all good things do—with butter, sugar, and a whole lot of love. Growing up, I learned to bake standing next to my dad, covered in flour and sneaking cookie dough when I thought he wasn’t looking. Those days were magic, and they planted the seed for everything this bakery has become.
In high school, I joined SkillsUSA, where I competed in baking competitions and participated in leadership events. That passion carried me to culinary school and then into the professional world, where I’ve spent the last 10+ years learning, growing, and honing my skill set.
Ember and Pine is my way of bringing it all full circle—a space where quality ingredients, small-batch baking, and genuine care come together. Every treat we make is rooted in those early memories and built with love, one batch at a time.
